My Worst Fears....

have been confirmed. Annabel wants to do ballet!!! We borrowed an Angelina Ballerina DVD off our friend Bee and sine then Annabel prances, twirls and spins her way round the house. Last night I asked her if she wanted to go to dancing and she said yes..."I want to do ballet." Georgia is not so keen and she wants to just go and watch. I think we will look at some sort of movement/dance class (sigh..). Maybe this one..

Bath Time Fun....

mmm sweet baby curls after the bath

Our poor blog has been neglected. We seem to have had our fair share of winter lurgies over the last few weeks. The girls are back to school tomorrow so we will probably pick something else up. Sigh...you gotta love Canberra Winters. So here are some random pics of the kids...

I just took this quiz. Too funny. I am an average 1930's wife with a score of 45. Take the test..how do you rate?

Last Day of Term and Dress Ups

Yesterday was the last day of term for two whole weeks...yep those lovely teachers are on holidays. Ack it makes for a long two weeks in our house. When I told the girls that the teachers were having holidays..Annabel responded " Not another holiday but they just had a holiday!" (Sorry Mum we know you teachers work hard and totally deserve every holiday you get). So as it was the last day of term the girls were allowed to dress up. Georgia decided the night before that she wanted to go as Spiderman. (Ah shit@!! I wasn't quite sure how I was going to pull that one off). Anyway with a bit of convincing and encouraging she went as a Dr and Annabel went as a fairy princess with her wand in a pink handbag (Thanks Aunty Pete). The photos say it all...

Another funny story.....Georgia loves announcing to the whole world that she has done a fluff. We often get a wafty smell and then hear Georgia pipe up.."I've just fluffed". On Wednesday night Georgia told us that she had fluffed at school. Michael told her that if she fluffs at school then she must do it quietly. We asked her what Nea (her teacher) said about her fluffs? And before she could respond Annabel piped up that all the kids had laughed about Georgia's fluffs and apparently Nea said , "No more fluffies at school". (Too funny..we were in stitches once again)

We Have An Artist in the House
