Happy Valentines Day
Well not much happening in this household for V Day but the girls and I did manage some baking for Michael. I have finally mastered his all time favourite Lemon Meringue Tarts thanks to Bec over here . Thanks they were just so easy. This one will definitely be going into the recipe book.

I must say Kelly did a great job
I'm so glad they turned out - that little tart in the pic looks gorgeous! I will let my mum know that her recipe was a success - she will be very chuffed!! Cheers, Bec.
